  • Address client concerns within the defined SLA timelines.
  • Utilize internal knowledge bases and FAQs for swift and effective troubleshooting.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of product features to enhance support quality.
  • Analyze call logs to detect patterns and prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain and improve self-help documentation for quicker issue resolution.
  • Identify critical concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader.
  • Ensure all necessary product information and legal disclosures are communicated before and after client interactions.
  • Stay compliant with service agreements to prevent legal risks.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide top-tier support through effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Guide users step by step through product features and solutions.
  • Help clients navigate product interfaces for better understanding.
  • Address all queries with a professional, user-friendly, and courteous approach.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all interactions as per company protocols.
  • Accurately document calls and emails in the designated tracking system.
