This includes making calls, conducting video meetings, presenting product demonstrations, and following up with leads. You will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed database of your interactions, tracking progress, and providing feedback on lead quality. A structured and systematic approach to sales will be essential in ensuring smooth conversions and achieving your weekly revenue and enrollment targets. Your ability to communicate persuasively, handle objections, and build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
We seek individuals who are fluent in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi, with good English proficiency as an added advantage. Strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently are crucial qualities for this role. What Will You Be Doing?
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Mentorship & Guidance: Acting as a mentor and career advisor, helping potential learners navigate their educational journeys.
- Counseling & Career Advice: Providing expert career guidance, highlighting how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate career growth.
- Showcasing CCBP 4.0 Programs: Effectively presenting the benefits and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 programs to prospective students.
- Sales Cycle Management: Overseeing the full sales cycle, from initial calls and product demos to closing sales and managing post-sales relationships.
- Lead Tracking & Feedback: Maintaining an up-to-date database of lead interactions, offering feedback to the team on lead quality, and optimizing future interactions.
- Meeting Revenue & Enrollment Targets: Striving to meet weekly enrollment and revenue goals.
Compensation:
- Salary: Earn up to ₹6 LPA, plus performance-based incentives.
Languages:
- Required: Native proficiency in Telugu (or Tamil/Hindi)
- Preferred: Good command of English.
Work Location & Hours:
- Work-from-home: Currently remote, with flexibility to visit the office as needed.
