Detailed Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor (Night Shift), you will be part of Brandwatch’s support team, reporting directly to the Support Management team. You will work within the 1st Tier Support framework while collaborating closely with Technical Product Specialists, Customer Experience experts, and the Research & Development (R&D) team.

This role requires you to interact directly with customers through multiple communication channels such as email, chat, and phone calls. Your main goal is to resolve issues, provide accurate solutions, and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience.

Primary Responsibilities
