Eligibility Criteria for HCSL Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification & Experience
📌 Fireman:
✔ Pass in SSLC (10th Standard)
✔ Training Requirement (any one of the following):
- Minimum 4 to 6 months training in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force/Public Sector Undertaking or a Government-recognized course
- NBCD (Nuclear Biological Chemical Defense and Damage Control) certificate from the Armed Forces or recognized institutions
✔ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in firefighting with a State Fire Force, Industrial Undertaking, Armed Forces, PSU, or Private Companies.
✔ Desirable: Good communication skills and basic proficiency in Hindi/Bengali.
📌 Semi-Skilled Rigger:
✔ Minimum educational qualification: IV Standard (4th grade pass)
✔ Experience: At least 3 years of rigging experience, including 2 years handling heavy-duty machine parts & equipment erection.
✔ Desirable: Knowledge of wire rope splicing work.
📌 Scaffolder:
✔ Qualification: Pass in X Standard (10th grade)
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in general structural work/scaffolding.
✔ Desirable: Good communication skills and basic proficiency in Hindi/Bengali.
Age Limit (as of March 24, 2025)
✅ Maximum Age: 45 years for all posts
✅ Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Applicants: 5 years
- OBC Applicants: 3 years
- PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Policy

💰 Fireman: ₹22,100/- per month
