🎓 Educational Qualifications:
1. Assistant General Manager (Corporate Services)
- Essential:
- Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
- Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- 8 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years at a middle managerial level (E-2: ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 & E-3: ₹60,000-₹1,80,000).
- Desirable: CA/ICWA/LLB qualifications are an added advantage.
2. Assistant Manager
- Essential:
- B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
- CA/ICWA qualification.
- 1 year of post-qualification experience at a supervisory level (S-1: ₹27,000-₹95,000).
- Desirable: MBA (Finance) preferred.
3. Junior Executive (OL)
- Essential:
- Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at the degree level OR PG Degree in any subject with Hindi as a major subject and English as an elective.
- 1 year of experience in terminological work/translation (English to Hindi and vice versa) in a Govt./PSU/reputed publication house, or journalism in Hindi.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Hindi typing, computer applications, MS Office, and Hindi language tools is an added plus.
4. Junior Executive (Finance)
- Essential:
- Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
- 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance-related roles.
- Desirable:
- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
