Eligibility Criteria for EIL Recruitment 2025

1. Deputy Manager (Planning & Scheduling)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Industrial/Production/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in planning and scheduling.
2. Manager (Planning & Scheduling)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Industrial/Production/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Officer (Fire & Safety)
- Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in Science with at least 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA/CPI). Additionally, candidates must have completed the “Sub Officers Course” from the National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur, or an equivalent program from a recognized Government of India institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in fire safety and emergency management.
4. Officer (Rajbhasha)
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major subject at the degree level. Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a major subject or a Master’s degree in any discipline with Hindi and English as core subjects at the degree level are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in translation, language implementation, or related roles.
