Job Details & Vacancies:

Each of these posts will be filled on a contract basis for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of an extension depending on the performance and project requirements. The role of the Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operation at Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASK), where citizens access Aadhaar-related services.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants:
- Educational Qualification:
- 12th Grade (Intermediate/Senior Secondary)
- OR Matriculation (10th grade) with 2 years of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification.
- OR Matriculation (10th grade) with a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma in any relevant field.
- Certification: Candidates must hold a valid Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor certification issued by a recognized and authorized testing and certifying agency approved by UIDAI. This certification is mandatory for delivering Aadhaar-related services.
- Basic Computer Skills: The position requires candidates to have basic computer literacy. Familiarity with data entry, operating Aadhaar systems, and related software tools will be an advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
The selected candidates will be entitled to receive minimum wages as per the state’s prescribed norms for semi-skilled manpower. This ensures that compensation is in line with industry standards for such roles. - Managing Aadhaar Services: Supervise and manage the Aadhaar enrolment and update services at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK).
- Assisting Citizens: Help individuals with their Aadhaar-related queries, including enrolment, updates, and corrections.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of systems at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra, including software updates, troubleshooting, and maintaining Aadhaar hardware.
- Data Entry & Verification: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system, complying with the guidelines set by UIDAI.
- Training and Mentoring: As a Supervisor, assist and guide Aadhaar Operators in their tasks, ensuring that all services are provided in a professional and timely manner.
