Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Aircall, you will play a vital role in advocating for our customers. You’ll assist in resolving technical issues, providing product education, recommending solutions, and guiding users through Aircall’s features. Important Notes:
- This position is permanent and requires legal residency in India.
- You will work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), with two rest days during the weekdays (Monday-Friday).
- Your working hours will fall between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (adjusted based on Winter/Summer time). Expect 8 hours of active work per day with a one-hour lunch break. There may be slight changes to the schedule based on operational needs.
