About the Role
As a Video Audit Associate, your main task will be to watch stowing action videos from a fulfillment center, analyze the content, and use your judgment along with provided tools to verify product placement. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain stow quality standards and minimize errors.
This role requires precision, speed, and focus, as you’ll be conducting thorough video and image audits to assist in defect reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Video Analysis: Watch and analyze hundreds of videos per shift, ensuring accurate responses based on predefined quality and productivity metrics.
✔ Product Location Verification: Identify, validate, and mark product locations with high accuracy using internal tools.
✔ Work Efficiency: Follow structured schedules, including 6.8 to 7 hours of productive video analysis per day with pre-defined break times.
✔ Confidentiality & Workspace Compliance:
- Maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, good lighting) if working remotely.
- Ensure that work-related data remains confidential and isn’t accessible to others.
Candidate Expectations:
🔹 Willingness to work in a contract-based, non-technical role (6 months).
🔹 Strong attention to detail, even when working with blurry or less sharp videos.
🔹 Ability to work towards incremental targets for quality and productivity.
🔹 Adaptability to rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote team collaboration.
🔹 Openness to on-site visits if required (for remote employees).
🔹 Readiness to turn on the laptop camera during virtual meetings.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
📌 Shifts: Rotational (9-hour shift, including breaks) in a 24×7 environment. Shifts may change every 3-4 months per business needs.
📌 Weekly Offs: Two consecutive days off (may not be Saturday & Sunday).
📌 Night Shift Allowance: Provided per company policy for applicable shifts.
