This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to influence peers and stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Achieve and exceed productivity and accuracy targets in audit and quality processes.
✔ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business quality processes.
✔ Provide training, updates, and coaching on mapping operations.
✔ Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
✔ Identify trends and process gaps to drive continuous improvement.
✔ Execute assigned project components within specific audit processes.
✔ Handle issue-based communications with internal stakeholders.
✔ Generate operational reports and status updates as required.
What You Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
