Role Overview

The Graduate Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is part of Canonical’s newly established and strategic Customer Success Department.

The goal of the department is to:

  • Enhance customer experience,

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager will include:

  1. Customer Support & Problem-Solving
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve support tickets efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
