Job Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Generalist, you will:
✔️ Respond to employee queries related to contracts, benefits, onboarding, and payroll.
✔️ Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee records.
✔️ Assist with onboarding new hires, including documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
✔️ Conduct global background checks to ensure compliance with employment laws.
✔️ Support HR processes and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with managers and teams.
✔️ Ensure smooth payroll processing by verifying data submissions.
✔️ Organize and manage global HR projects, including training and culture initiatives.
✔️ Conduct regular audits to maintain GDPR compliance and up-to-date employee files.
✔️ Work closely with the payroll team to guarantee accurate and timely salary payments.
✔️ Assist employees with benefits enrollment and policy clarifications.
✔️ Travel up to 4 times a year for internal company events and global HR meetings.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
Educational Qualifications:
📌 A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR-related degrees are preferred but not mandatory).
Technical & Soft Skills:
