We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistants to handle a wide range of advanced administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational policies, excellent multitasking abilities, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management – Organize and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and take detailed minutes.
  • Communication Management – Screen and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Document & Report Handling – Prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Travel Coordination – Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel.
  • Research & Data Compilation – Conduct in-depth research and compile reports to aid executive decision-making.
  • Project Management – Assist in tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Event Planning – Organize virtual and in-person conferences, meetings, and client engagements.
  • Process Development – Support the creation and optimization of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to provide NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (required upon hiring).
  • Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking.
  • Proficient in CRMs and project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (professional level).
  • Reliable computer or laptop with high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).

Hardware & Internet Requirements:

  • Primary Computer: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Backup Computer: Intel Core i3 with 4GB RAM.
  • Webcam: Minimum 720p HD resolution.
  • Headset: Noise-canceling microphone.
  • Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps, with a backup internet source.
  • Backup Power Supply to prevent disruptions during power outages.
