Educational Qualifications

  1. Management Trainee – Digital Technology
    • B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
    • Alternatively, Graduation with MCA with 60% marks is also accepted.
  2. Management Trainee – Research and Analysis
    • Postgraduate degree in Economics with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
  3. Management Trainee – Rajbhasha
    • 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation.
    • A Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a mandatory/elective subject at the degree level from an accredited university.
    • OR A Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a mandatory/elective subject.
    • OR A Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as mandatory/elective subjects at the degree level.
  4. Management Trainee – Legal
    • Graduate Degree in Law/LLB with a minimum of 60% marks.
    • For an integrated LLB course, a minimum of 60% marks is required.
  5. Deputy Manager – Legal (Grade/Scale Junior Management I)
    • Graduate Degree in Law/LLB with a minimum of 60% marks.
    • Ideal candidates should have 1 year of experience as a practicing advocate.
  6. Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer) (Grade/Scale Junior Management I)
    • Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI and a Regular Graduation with 60% marks.
    • Additional qualifications such as an MBA or LLB are preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  7. Chief Manager (Compliance Officer) (Grade/Scale Middle Management III)
    • Regular Graduation with 60% marks.
    • Associate Membership (ACS) of ICSI.
    • Additional academic credentials such as an MBA or LLB are recommended.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience.
