Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Accounts Officer, Grade – I & Assistant Manager, Finance Division: Candidates must be members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. A desirable qualification includes two years of executive experience in finance or accounting within industrial, commercial, or government sectors.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) & Assistant Manager, Infrastructure & Civic Facilities Division: Applicants should possess a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Desirable experience includes two years in planning, construction, design, or maintenance, preferably related to port and marine structures.
- Assistant Manager, Administration Division & Assistant Manager, Personnel & Industrial Relations Division: A degree from a recognized university is required. Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labour Welfare, or a degree in Law. Additionally, two years of executive experience in general administration, personnel, or industrial relations in relevant sectors are preferred.
- Assistant Personnel Officer, Grade- I & Assistant Secretary, Grade – I: Candidates must hold a degree from a recognized institution. Desirable qualifications mirror those of the Assistant Manager roles, emphasizing postgraduate studies in relevant fields and two years of executive experience.
- Assistant Manager, Traffic Operations (Railways) Division & Assistant Manager, Traffic Operations (Shipping & Cargo Handling) Division: Applicants should have a degree from a recognized university. Desirable experience includes two years in railway transportation, shipping, or cargo operations within industrial, commercial, or government undertakings.
