Training & Awareness Program Associate

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and support the execution and governance of our Training & Awareness Program. Reporting directly to the Program Lead, this role plays a key part in driving training initiatives and communication campaigns across the organization. The goal is to foster awareness, ensure compliance with Ethics & Compliance (E&C) policies, and promote behavioral expectations outlined in our Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing program requirements, including developing training plans, monitoring effectiveness, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Help implement training escalation protocols to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Support the daily operations of the organization-wide training program, including course assignments, generating reports, and resolving issues.
  • Validate and maintain the accuracy of compliance training audience data, ensuring any gaps are identified and addressed.
  • Prepare clear, accurate dashboards and reports for leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Work closely with teams across Compliance, HR, and Global Operations to align with the program’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communication teams to promote awareness campaigns.
  • Assist in reviewing the AC HR Screening process and conducting due diligence checks as per Giving Procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • A team player with solid collaboration skills.
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 0–1 year of experience in training, data reporting, analysis, or communication.
