Your Role & Contributions

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for local and remote users.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be a great fit for this role, you should have:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows 11, M365, and MacOS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and IT service management tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to support diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment.
- Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM, ServiceNow, or similar IT tools.
- Experience with printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and patch management.
- Familiarity with project management and design thinking methodologies.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Completion of high school education is required.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Seeking first-time IT-related experience or an opportunity to kickstart a career in IT support.
