Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Engineer (Renewable Energy – Civil)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in geotechnical, piling, foundation, structural steel, tower structures, switch yards, etc. Candidates with renewable energy (RE) experience will be preferred.
- Engineer (Renewable Energy – Electrical)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in switchyard/electrical testing/transmission systems/transformers/design/engineering. Preference for candidates with RE experience.
- Engineer (Renewable Energy – Mechanical)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in supervision, execution, and project management. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.
- Executive (Renewable Energy – Human Resource)
- Qualification: 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management/MSW/MHROD/MBA (HR) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: At least 3 years in human resources or industrial relations. Candidates with experience in SAP, Microsoft Office, and data analytics will have an advantage.
- Executive (Renewable Energy – Finance)
- Qualification: CA/CMA.
- Experience: At least 1 year post-qualification experience in finance or accounting (excluding articleship).
- Engineer (Renewable Energy – IT)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in networking, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, Windows servers, firewall/security, and troubleshooting.
- Engineer (Renewable Energy – Contract & Material)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any stream with PG Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain Management/MBA/PGDBM OR M.E./M.Tech in Renewable Energy with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: At least 1 year in the renewable energy sector.
Age Limit (As of 01.05.2025)
- Maximum age limit for all positions: 30 years
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
