Now Hiring: VKYC Specialist – Be the Face of Trust
As part of our growing team, we’re currently looking for dynamic, enthusiastic individuals to join us as VKYC Specialists. This role is central to how we build trust with our users, especially as we onboard them into our financial services ecosystem.
VKYC stands for Video Know Your Customer — a secure, regulatory-compliant video interaction where we verify user identity. This may sound technical, but at its core, it’s about being there for people, guiding them through the process, and making it seamless and trustworthy.
What You’ll Do:
- Support customers during their video KYC process, helping them through the steps with clarity and patience.
- Ensure compliance by following all the process guidelines and maintaining data security protocols.
- Build trust with users during these interactions — you are, after all, the human touchpoint of PhonePe.
- Actively listen, respond empathetically, and deal calmly with objections or concerns.
