Customer Support Executive – Brokerage Operations

Location: Real Broker LLC (Remote/On-site)

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic Brokerage Operations team at Real Broker LLC. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling email communication within the US real estate market. Your main focus will be to assist customers by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns related to property transactions, listings, and general real estate market information.

Your ability to provide clear, accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction will be key to excelling in this role. Strong communication skills, familiarity with the US real estate industry, and proficiency in email communication platforms will help you succeed in this position. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and build strong, lasting relationships with clients in this fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand and assess customer needs to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
✅ Manage email-based inquiries related to real estate transactions, listings, and market trends.
✅ Provide accurate, well-researched information to address customer concerns.
✅ Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily performance goals.
✅ Work closely with various departments to streamline customer support processes.
✅ Follow established communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
✅ Take accountability for key performance indicators (CSAT, response time, resolution rate, one-touch responses, etc.).
✅ Handle large volumes of support tickets efficiently while ensuring high-quality service.
