Current Opportunity: Customer Service Executive (Inbound/Outbound Calls)
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless credit card service experience. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and solution-driven support.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
🔹 Meet daily performance metrics, including AHT (Average Handling Time), productivity, first-call resolution, voice call quality, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
🔹 Identify process gaps, raise concerns, and ensure minimal escalation occurrences
🔹 Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for resolving customer concerns efficiently
🔹 Follow compliance guidelines and ensure accurate documentation
Success Metrics:
