Are you looking to kick-start or advance your career in Accounts Receivables (AR) Collections? We’re seeking motivated professionals with 0-7 years of experience to join our team and play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and customer interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Handle AR collections efficiently while ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Customer Communication: Proactively follow up with clients through emails and phone calls to ensure on-time payments.
- Data & Record Maintenance: Keep track of aging reports, apply collections and credits correctly, and resolve outstanding balances.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal teams (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Customer Service) to resolve disputes and build strong client relationships.
- Risk Monitoring: Identify high-risk accounts and escalate concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously find ways to streamline the accounts receivable process and enhance the customer experience.
- Goal Achievement: Meet monthly productivity targets and contribute to team success.
- Account Reconciliation: Manage complex accounts with keen attention to detail and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Strategic Collection Approach: Analyze root causes of payment delays and take corrective actions.
- Reporting & Leadership Visibility: Prepare daily aging reports and provide insights to leadership for better decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Needed to Apply For this Role
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills or professionals with experience in international voice processes or AR collections.
