Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Junior Customer Service Executive:
- Handle customer queries, provide timely solutions, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Manage day-to-day customer service operations and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage escalation tickets for NOC/SOC issues.
- Monitor vendor performance, address delays, and handle change management tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
🔒 Lead Customer Security Operations:
- Oversee technical administration, incident validation, and problem resolution.
- Provide recommendations for system optimization and performance improvements.
- Coordinate with IT teams on escalations and performance tracking.
- Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support analysts.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports.
💰 Salary Details
- Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹33,600/month (approx.)
- Lead Customer Security Operations: ₹41,600/month (approx.)

- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years old.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.
