As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact training sessions on Zoho Books. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Training Delivery:
➥ Develop and execute practical, tailored training sessions (both online and in person) for a range of learners — from beginners and students to corporate clients, chartered accountants, and financial experts.
➥ Provide comprehensive training on all core modules of Zoho Books, including:
- Chart of Accounts
- Sales (Estimates, Invoices, Payments)
- Purchases (Bills, Expenses, Vendor Credits)
- Banking
- Inventory Management
- Projects
- Time Tracking
- Journals
- Reporting
➥ Customize your delivery to match the knowledge level of each group, from entry-level to advanced users.
➥ Engage participants through real-world case studies, interactive Q&A sessions, and hands-on exercises to maximize knowledge retention and application.
✅ Assessment & Feedback:
➥ Monitor and assess trainee progress and gather feedback to continually improve the training delivery.
➥ Provide constructive guidance and follow-up support to help participants implement their new skills effectively.
✅ Reporting:
➥ Keep accurate records of all training sessions, attendance, and client feedback.
➥ Prepare insightful reports to showcase training outcomes and client satisfaction.
🔹 We’re Looking For:
✅ Technical Expertise:
➥ Hands-on knowledge of all key modules and advanced features in Zoho Books.
➥ Familiar with accounting principles, financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and double-entry bookkeeping practices.
✅ Communication Skills:
➥ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus).
➥ Ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging way.
✅ Presentation Skills:
➥ Strong delivery and facilitation skills.
➥ Ability to command a room, manage interactive sessions, and maintain engagement.
✅ Additional Experience:
➥ Experience with other Zoho applications is a plus.
➥ Ability to create high-cPC training video content is desirable.
✅ Mobility:
➥ Willingness to travel frequently to client locations for on-premises training.
